I am a senior. How do I get ready for graduation?

As a senior, there are two appointments that we offer. The first is optional—but highly recommended, and the second is required. The first is the senior appointment. This is a pre-graduation audit meeting. In this meeting you will discuss the courses that you have taken, and the courses that you have remaining. Typically this meeting is approximately 3 semesters away from your graduation date. You will receive a copy of your curriculum sheet and a form designating where you stand with readiness to graduate. Typically, this meeting is 3 semesters away from graduation. The official clearance meeting is the meeting that is 1 semester away from graduation. As a result of this meeting, you will receive official forms, and the advisor will send the original to the registrar's office. For example, in October, we start meeting with prospective August graduates for their senior meeting. In October as well, we would start meeting with prospective May graduates for their official meeting.
