Jon R. Crunkleton joined the department of finance in 1978. He teaches the real estate courses includeing Principles of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, and Real Estate Appraisal as well as the undergraduate level corporate finance. His research investigates real estate market analysis, urban growth issues, and real estate appraisal.

Professor Crunkleton received his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1978 and B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univesity in 1966. He is a licensed general certified real estate appraiser.
