Mr. Keeling joined the Dept. of Management in 1992 as an Instructor and Executive- in- Residence. His teaching includes Principles of Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior.

Mr. Keeling received his baccalaureate in Civil Engineering and his MBA from Virginia Tech. Also, he tudied at Northwestern University in an executive development program for A T & T. His experience prior to joining ODU includes project management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and management assignments in engineering, operations, and political affairs with the Bell Telephone Companies. He has been active in community service including chairing the boards of the regional Chamber of Commerce and the United Way.
