Dr. Soo Lee joined the CBPA Management Department in Fall 2004. Prior to her appointment at ODU, she taught at the National University of Singapore, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Morgan State University. She was previously a senior human resources consultant at Buck Consultants Inc. Dr. Lee's research interests include strategic human resource management, human resource management practices for entrepreneurial firms, and human resource management practices to attract and retain knowledge workers.
