Curriculum Vita
Robert Pinsker joined the department of Accounting in 2002. He teaches the MBA Accounting core course and Intermediate Accounting. His research examines continuous reporting impacts on individual investors, the belief adjustment process, and various XBRL effects.
Professor Pinsker received his Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in 2002, his M.A.S. degree from Northern Illinois University in 1995, and his B.A. from Michigan State University in 1993. He is a certified public accountant with no specialization. He worked as an independent contractor from 1993-4, and again in 1996. From 1996-8, he worked as an Instructor at Robert Morris College in Chicago, IL.
