The Economics Club of Hampton Roads presented the second-annual Economic Impact Award to Arthur Levitt, longest serving chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

The award was presented at a dinner program Thursday, February 26 from 5-8 p.m. at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk.
