Study Abroad

Studying abroad gives you an experience to remember and use forever. The ODU Study Abroad Program offers a variety of opportunities for an academic year, semester, or summer. Approved courses taken overseas are fully transferable to academic programs on campus, and students can take courses to meet major, minor, or general education requirements. Arrangements can even be made to do internships for academic credit, and to volunteer or work abroad.

Costs vary from program to program with most costing little more than comparable time on campus. Students who qualify for financial aid can continue to use this aid during their stay abroad. The Study Abroad Program is located at 101 Dragas International Center, Norfolk, Virginia 23529-0093, (phone: 757-683-5378), (fax: 757-683-5196).
