Maritime and Supply Chain Management (MSCM) Major
The maritime and supply chain management major is designed to provide students with an integrated working knowledge of maritime operations and supply chain management. It is the only undergraduate major of its kind east of the Mississippi River and graduates will be able to meet the needs of regional, national and international shipping, transportation, and distribution industries. Students may concentrate in either maritime management or supply chain management area by choice of their MSCM electives.
As part of the 120 credit hour curriculum, students take 5 core classes devoted to maritime and management in conjunction with a series of multi-disciplinary electives in decision sciences, management, and economics, accounting and finance.
