Current research interests are in the areas of customer service and service delivery, public sector pay, human resource management, organizational design, social marketing, and business process reengineering.

PADM 720/820 Public Personnel Administration. This course covers all aspects of personnel administration in public sector organizations.
PADM 711/811 Urban Services Administration. This course covers the theory and practice of delivering services to citizens in urban service areas.
PADM 795/895 Advanced topics in Public Personnel Administration. This course covers the advanced issues involved in personnel administration in public sector organizations.
PADM 695 Re-engineering in the Public Sector. This course covers the tools and techniques available to public agencies for administrative analysis and re-engineering activities.
PADM 695 Social Marketing in the Public Sector. This course covers the theory and practice of using marketing and demarking techniques in public and nonprofit organizations.
PADM 652 Administrative Theory II. This core course covers administrative theories relevant to public and non-profit organizations.
PADM 746 Capstone Seminar in Public Administration. This core course is the culminating course in the MPA program.
